GAMTE Annual Conference and Business Meeting

The 2026 conference will be held on October 14th at the Rock Eagle 4-H Camp in Eatonton, Georgia.

Mathematics teacher educators from across the state meet the day before the Georgia Mathematics Conference to share information and research. The annual GAMTE Business Meeting is also held during this time.

Annual Board of Directors Elections

All members, in good standing, will be voting to elect new/returning members to the Board of Directors. The election will open prior to the meeting and close at 10am on October 14th. Please review this list of applicants for the available positions to inform your vote.

Annual Business Meeting

The annual business meeting will be held during/after lunch. Your GAMTE board has been working towards a revised Constitution and Bylaws for the past couple of years. The document linked below reflects our work.

As required, we are sharing this copy of the Constitution and Bylaws in advance of our annual meeting. Voting will occur at our annual meeting, and if ratified, the Constitution and Bylaws will take effect after the meeting.

Questions and concerns can be addressed to board members.

The 2025 annual conference and meeting was held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Eatonton, GA.

GAMTE Conference Proceedings

The Proceedings of the Annual Meeting of the Georgia Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators consists of the published proceedings of the GAMTE Annual Conference.

Specific conference strands, and thus presentations to be published in this journal, vary from year to year but always span both a research and non-research focus. The Proceedings is double blind, peer-reviewed, and published once per year in conjunction with the GAMTE Annual Conference.
